Classes & Sessions
Progressive sessions are geared towards a mindful exploration of the many tools that can help support and create a deeper understanding of yoga practice. Your commitment makes it possible to “move beyond” and experience new depths.
Sessions are scheduled three times a year:
- September-November: 10 weeks
- January-March: 8 weeks
- March-May: 8 weeks
Levels available within sessions:
- Introductory / Level 1
- Intermediate / Level 2
- Intermediate to Advanced / Level 2 & 3
Summer is the time to integrate the teachings and allow for a sense of “creative playfulness”. The richness of the Vijñana practice allows for many vinyasa sequences so that the practice never becomes mechanical but maintains a joyful alertness.
June, July, August summer classes • Weekly classes & practices for all levels • Drop-ins welcome.
Private classes are a way to deepen and establish one's own practice. They can be set up according to your own schedule and specific needs. Private or small group weekends is also an option and accomodation and meals can be organized.
Cost for one hour:
- $60 for one or two people
- $80 for three or four people
